Air defense system activated in US's Ain al-Assad airbase in Iraq, military sources say

The air defense system was activated in the U.S. Ain al-Asad airbase in Iraq for fear of a potential attack, military sources to Reuters on Monday.

Iran earlier threatened to retaliate against the U.S. after strikes on its nuclear sites.
